I started exercising for several personal reasons, with the primary one being pain in my cervical and lumbar spine. After just one month of training with Paolo, I felt a significant change in the absence of pain in those areas of my spine after completing my work.I work in an operating room as a surgical instrument technician, and my job is very static, often involving forced unnatural positions, standing, and holding. I feel a great improvement in terms of the absence of chronic pain in my neck and lumbar spine. Over time, I am sure that my physical appearance will change significantly, as I can already see progress after two months.
I would recommend this way of exercising to everyone; the exercises are excellent and original, and the training sessions are designed to be anything but monotonous

“After experiencing discus hernia and almost ending up on the surgery table, I decided to seek help somewhere else. I figured I might as well try to fix this using an alternative way before I accept the surgery. Good thing I did because this experience completely changed my belief. After coach Paolo had a conversation with me and started me on doing a bunch of exercises, I truly felt better after my first month of training. The injured area (L5-S1) was still a bit sore, but the rate of improvement I was having made me thrilled. I am 5 months into training and I wish I started working with Paolo sooner. “After seeing that Paolo specializes in working with people who have back pain, I immediately reached out to him with complete confidence. In our conversation, I noticed that he is very dedicated to sports, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.
Since I have been experiencing pain in my lower back due to previously stopping sports and getting a job that requires me to sit most of the time, I hoped his advice and training could help me. “My name is Ema, and I have back problems, specifically an injury called a herniated disc in the lumbar-sacral area, along with associated pain in the sciatic region. However, the most intense pain is in my left gluteus, to the point where I can’t even touch that area with my finger. I most likely sustained this injury while playing tennis. I’ve been dealing with this issue since I was 16, and now I’m 25 years old. I’ve somewhat learned to live with it, but the pain prevents me from doing everything I love, especially sports and physical activities.
When I started working with Paolo, he adapted everything to my abilities and focused specifically on my issues. We work on mobility and strengthening. The exercises include resistance bands, kettlebells, and Indian clubs. It’s been a few months since I started training, and I can say that I feel better, with some ups and downs. I work as a doctor of dental medicine, and my job is physically demanding, so the exercises I do with Paolo help me keep the pain under control. Most movements that I expected to cause me pain no longer do, and I’m looking forward to a full recovery and returning to tennis. The trainer is excellent, and the exercises he designs are even better
